Yeah PIS is a ***** at times but you can’t always look at a characters short comings because someone can argue the case of Madara getting killed by a fodder known as black zetsu who even Boruto can beat in a one on one fight.
There’s been characters who would lose to Ems Madara that fought longer than him for 2 days (Killerbee) but gets one shot by the likes of people who are stronger than (Obito/Kinshiki/Sasuke).

So the closer you are in strength, the longer the battle. In momoshiki’s case, he’s not stronger than naruto and Sasuke together but he does have the firepower to knock out Adult Naruto in base despite the fact that Naruto could easily redirect his power.
Momoshiki has wood style as well, Rinnegan powers, Byukagan, and Ohtutsuki clan powers that works by strengthening him.
Then there’s that power to stop time too.

If Momoshiki wasn’t nerf, a rikudou senjutsu enhanced rasengan wouldn’t of one shot him.

Momoshiki is exactly same as Gakido Pain body; his sole power is absorption and he's weak in every other area. He could probably win scenario 2, since absorbing Kinshiki removes his Taijutsu weakness and he was holding his own fighting KCM Naruto and Sasuke, while Madara got tagged by EMS Sasuke. Madara will stomp him every other scenario. Perfect Susanoo slashes or Gunbai CQC will kill Momoshiki, since he can't absorb non-Ninjutsu properties and he's weak in Taijutsu.

Naruto said he was going all out in kurama mode and Sasuke used amotejakra and Perfect Susano’o. That’s why I’m giving Momoshiki the benefit.
Ems Madara and Sm Hashirama are very overrated in this base and it’s getting real sickening. I’ve heard people say that Ems Madara was stronger than one eyes rinnegan madara. Like tf?
The way I see it, Momoshiki survived the naruto and Sasuke combo, and if you replace Ems Madara or Sm Hashirama then they both get one shot.

But more importantly the PIS. Momoshiki stopped time, a power he also did not use against naruto/Sasuke in their primary battle. When he stopped time in the end, both naruto and Sasuke fell hopeless against it which lead to Boruto in receiving a Ohtutsuki mark.
So how can Ems Madara deal with time stop? I know rinnegan madara has Limbo but what of Ems?

Black Zetsu has many abilities I think all 5 natures, yin yang release, is a sensor and can use mokuton. Possessing people is a side ability of it's as far as I'm aware.

The 5 elements is white zetsus potential of using all elements because he can copy anyone’s chakra signature. He is comprised of yin yang release but he can’t use wood style.
He possessed a white half to do that and even then it wasn’t wood style, it was live roots that he connected to his body.
Once black zetsu left white zetsu’s body, he was unable to use wood style.
