Otsutsuki doesn't mean that he will have Gudodama.... He had black Rods though. Also, since his weakness is taijutsu wouldn't difficult for him to beat even DRSM Madara? Since Madara has senjutsu + 4 Limbos? (Look what one of them did to the Bijuu)

Right, he probably had access to more Path techniques since he was able to use CT as well

He shouldn't going by camrips. With Kinishiki absorbed, it took both Naruto and Sasuke to fight him, and he wasn't really affected all that much. Another time, he reacted and hit Sasuke while using Heaven's Hand, so his prowess in CQB with Kinishiki absorbed is very high.

Definitely stops at 7, but I also don't see how he wins against 8G Gai since he can't really absorb any of his attacks.

Well a form of it but we can not be sure... I would like to see if ever Kishi explains how he even got the Rinnegan since Hago explained how one can get it... Also since the Rinnegan is in the hand palms that doesn't mean that he see through it... (I don't know if this can be said about his Third Rinnegan because it looked more an accessory than a power up eye for use). I don't see him absorbing PS slashes too or destroying it...

Well it took weakened Naruto and Sasuke to fight him to be exact. Yeah, he reacted to Ameno though Sasuke was weakened then but yes his CQB prowess is high. I don't seem him beating 8G Gai though...

Wasn't Sasuke weakened since he did say his eye powers weaken when he travels through dimensions and Naruto was getting the Nine Tails extracted by Momoshiki before the fight.
