I havent seen the movie but question to those who have,
Wasnt Kaguya the first person to consume the fruit and gain chakra so all chakra originated from her.
If these guys arent her children how do they have chakra? Kaguya was said to become powerful because she was the only one with chakra, and thats why her sons sealed her away because she was too strong.

How do Momoshiki and the other guy have the byakugan and everything?

Byakugan seems to have come from the Ootsutsuki clan not just Kaguya.

From what I heard, Momoshiki and Kinshiki came from another dimension with a Dead Tree. Not sure how he got the Rinnegan but that might have something to do with it. I need to see the movie

Also he has the Rinnegan in his hands... That's too weird. I know that not all Otsutsuki descended from Kaguya but in order to even have the Rinnegan as Kishi up until now you need Hago's chakra or transplant like Nagato had it. The tree in their dimension was dead and Momo said that he wanted the power of Tailed Beasts to fulfill Kaguya's wish. So it is unlikely that he ate a fruit. He even used pills for chakra.

M8 how hard is it to believe that secluded part of otsutsuki got a mutation? Or you know momo unlocked it with those fruit pill things. I mean the otsutsuki seem to spew random mutations. For an example. Hamura's side of the otsutsuki gained a mutation where they can unlock tenseigan. Kaguya had all the ingredients for that yet she didn't unlock it. Get what I'm trying to say? Even hagoromo rinnegan seems to be a mutation of the rinnesharingan. :|

So from this other dimension there was another chakra tree and they got powers, would the cycle of shinobi then start again in their dimension and they would have kids born with chakra and whatever. And if they were from the same clan, how did they go to the other dimension first without having chakra? So strange, but thanks for that.
