How is that can be the reason? There is no limit for Hyuuga. And I think although Momo can predict the future using his power not only Byakugan, I dont think Neji can. Otsutsuki chakra also play its role here and Neji is Hyuuga and not Otsus

Initially I thought it meant that Boruto's normal eyes are going to be his weakness, in that he was going to steal someone else's eyes for power. But that wasn't the case, he activated his own Dojutsu. Which leads us back to the original statement.

How exactly are Boruto's eyes going to take everything from him? Do they have a cursed power like the Sharingan?

Obviously this one is pretty obvious with the seal on his hand. They made the connection in the final pages of the chapter, Boruto isn't going to become a God or what-ever. But rather, his seal is going to make him 'abnormal'. Which is kind of obvious.

Out of both these discussions, I think the last one is more of an obvious answer, but the first one is way too vague.
