Hit the opponent on the chest, then spread your chakra through the opponent's body, forcing all the gates to close, so the opponent can't use any chakra. o-o Try it.

*charges chakra on my hand and immediatly releases a burst of chakra on the opponents chest that spreads to all the gates and closes them*
