Moments that the anime did better than the manga

Title says it all. Some parts of the manga just aren't adapted well (Pain and Itachi vs B and Naruto). Usually parts added in the canon anime feel really out of place. But when Studio perriot doesn't feel cheap (rarely) the anime can be so much better than the manga. Post what you think the anime has done better than the manga.

For me:

Jiraiya in Amegakure mini arc. This part felt so emotional and just hearing the rain constantly and the music accompaniment gave it a mood that I couldn't get out of the manga. They also added a lot to the Jiraiya vs Pain fight and it fit in perfectly.

Kakashi + team 10 vs Hidan + Kakuzu (So much better than the manga.) This is probably the greatest achievement of the anime team. If you don't believe me watch episode 85 right now. Almost half the episode is filler but its done so well that you won't even notice. Even if you only read the manga I highly suggest watching this episode. IMO that fight was really lacking in the manga.

Depends of what you wanna count in. Do you go for fights? Otherwise Anime defiantly wins lol. But if you go story then it's pretty obviously that Manga wins because of Manga is the original story.

So in my opinion you defiantly can't compare Anime with Manga.

You are right, I never knew that the bird summon's egg bombs were not cannon until I re-read the manga. It was a brilliant addition to the manga and made the fight more exciting.

For me the filler added to Kakashi and Naruto vs. Deidara was astounding. I couldn't believe that the spider bombs were not cannon until I read that part of the manga. Again, fantastic addition that really did the character justice and made the whole fight make more sense and feel more complete.

Pain vs. Konoha is done pretty well compared against other fights, specially Kakashi's fight vs pain.

I'm pretty sure everyone agrees that overall the manga is better. Fillers totally ruin the anime and they add flashbacks and filler bs to drag out episodes. I'm talking about specific parts, and some of the fights are better in the manga (Naruto B vs Itachi Nagato)

Exactly I love when they add things like that and they fit in so well that you don't notice it's filler. Like I said in the OP watch episode 85 then read the manga you'd be surprised.

A better question would be what parts in the manga you figured would be better in the Anime but weren't?

Overall the story is easier to understand in the manga due to no fillers but as for the fighting its always better. The only let down fighting wise was Raikage vs Sasuke since the manga made it seem like it was all intense high speed fighting and less talking.

Lol that actually is a better question, you would think that everything would be better in the anime but *cough* studio perriot *cough*

I actually thought that whole arc was done really well, That fight felt perfectly fine for me. That arc was also one of the best animated in the series.

Yeah it was an awesome fight and really kicked off the world war. but I guess I had unrealistic expectations lol

Definitely the animation of chibaku tensei. It was just epic in the anime. In the manga, not so much.

owwww, pls u guys are just expecting too much from the anime......the anime in NARUTO nd KILLBEEE vs ITACHI nd NAGATO ws perfect....the fightin where more defined in the anime than the manga...if u doubt me go read that part in the manga again, nd watch d anime again...
