If so I would say that the only reason why blacks are in jail is because of the society and racism.

2. No one is saying every single black person is in jail because of some insane injustice. However, studies have been done that prove that black men get sent to jail, for the same crimes as whites, 10 times more often than whites. Let me break this down for you some more.

In the US about 14 million white men and 2.6 million black men are reported to use illicit drugs. Black men are sent to prison at 10 times the rate of white men. 12% of the drug using population in the US are black men, yet 38% of that same statistic are arrested on drug charges and 59% of them are in state prison on drug charges. Lol

Break it down some more?

As far as cocaine goes, 80% of the people jailed on cocaine charges were black, while 2/3 of the people in the US that do Cocaine are white/hispanic.
