Yamato,after hearing his instructions,immediately starts with performing the Tiger → Horse → Tiger → Snake handseals.Yamato then forms his Moku chakra by combining his Suiton and Doton chakra,which he channels into his right arm.He then thrusts his arm forward and molds the chakra to turn into a mass of wooden pillars that burst forward towards his opponent.As they reach the opponent,Yamato molds the end of the wood pillars to form into a huge tree that surrounds the opponent.​

Disadvantage: The opponent can easily destroy the wooden pillars as they burst towards him,before the user of the technique can even make the tree and it takes a while to perform as it is two jutsus in one >.>

Yamato starts by mixing his Suiton and Doton chakra to create his Moku chakra.He then sends his Moku chakra into the ground in front of him.By doing this,he molds the Moku chakra to form into wood that then bursts from the ground and starts to form into houses.Yamato makes various houses,all at different spots around the vicinity.​

Okay time for my two favorite techs. Okay first perform the Tiger → Snake handseals then send your chakra into the ground and create a mighty forest of trees. The forest can have any dimensions you want. Thick, thin, tall, short, one tree, a thousand trees. Once the forest is created clap your hands then using the chakra already present in the trees make it vibrate causing the trees to explode.

Yamato starts by forming his signature Moku chakra,by combining his Suiton and Doton chakra.He then forms the Tiger → Snake handseals and sends his Moku chakra into the ground.This creates a huge forest consisting of many trees,in front of Yamato.These trees are huge in size.He then claps his two hands together,causing the trees to vibrate and explode violently.​

Description: After using (Mokuton Hijutsu: Jukai Koutan) - Secrect Wood Style: Birth Of Dense Woodland, the user will clap his hands and focus his chakra into a portion of the created forest, using said chakra to detonate it into a large chakra explosion, leveling the field and leaving a crater behind. The explosion will be concentrated around a given spot, damaging everything Mid-range from it.

For the next tech send your chakra into the ground behind you. The erupt multiple intertwining brances. The pillars will erupt behind you and raise above your head. The brances will then shoot outs toward the target. The pillars will then evenly spread out as they head towards the target. They will then slam into the target.

Description: The user will create multiple intertwining pillars rise up behind them several meters high and then sprout outwards sending multiple branches of pillars to converge on a large area and slamming into the ground. These branches are not heavily concentrated but rather are equally spread out with about 1 meter and half gap between each extending branch.

Okay for this next tech send moku chakra into the ground under your target. Erupt a pillar that sends him into the air, about three meters. Then have multiple spikes of earth to erupt up to pierce right though him. The pillar doesn't send him flying into the air it just lifts him into the air.

Okay for the next tech first perform the snake handseal. Then send your moku chakra into the ground below your target. Then erupt up multiple trees to grow under it sending them flying. This one is from a game.

Description: After performing the Snake hand seal the user makes trees grow rapidly under the target, stabbing them and throwing them quite distantly.

Okay for the next tech, which is only use is to suppress bijuus. First perform the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram → Monkey → Tiger hand seals. Then using your moku chakra, create multiple dragon headed pillars of wood. The pillars are arranged in a circle around the bijuus. Then the kanji for sit will appear in your hand. That either completes the tech or you have to touch the bijuu depending on the situation. This was used by yamato to subdue naruto went he went four tails. You probably won't use this tech but its there if you ever need it.

Yamato starts by creating his Moku chakra by mixing his Suiton and Doton chakra.He then forms the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram → Monkey → Tiger handseals.He then manipulates it to form multiple dragon heads around a bijuu,preferably the seven tails (Fuukage u_u).It is arranged in a circle around the bijuu.Then the kanji forms on Yamato's hand,with the kanji "sit".Depending on how far the bijuu is,Yamato can dash towards the bijuu and slam his hand onto the bijuu's head,surpressing it.​

Description: After performing the Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram → Monkey → Tiger hand seals, the user uses his chakra to create several reinforced dragon shaped pillars of wood that will surround the Jinchuriki or Bijuu, restraining his movements and imprisoning him in place. Once the user does the hand seals, in the palm of his dominant hand, the seal "sit" (座, suwaru) will appear. If the Jinchuriki is in Incomplete form, the pillars absorb its chakra and the transformation is halted while the host returns to normal. If the target is in Complete form, the user must, once the Jinchuriki is restricted, touch his skin with the palm that bears the Sit Seal, using his chakra directly to forcefully control the biju chakra and return him to normal. By taking control of the Biju through this technique, the user forcefully severs the connection between the Jinchuriki and the Biju, blocking his use of any Biju related technique as well as blocking his communication with it. The control last for 2 full turns and can't be overcome once
set. Hashirama is able to use this technique with his Wood Release: Wood Human technique as a medium, which, in
this case, only requires direct contact between the guardian's hand and the Jinchuriki.
NOTE: Only Yamato and Senju Hashirama bios can use this jutsu.

Okay so first perform the two required handseals, which ones it doesn't say. Then send a huge amount of wood chakra into the ground. The erupt up a huge wood dragon. The dragon has an elephant like trunk and is big enough to wrap around a bijuu in complete form. This tech is huge and thus would only be useful if your opponent uses a huge tech but will more then likely go unused.

Description:After performing the two required hand seals, the user creates a gigantic wooden dragon from the ground directly beneath or near them, which can then be directed to attack an intended target. Its shape closely resembles a Chinese dragon, though with a short trunk-like nose (similar to that of a Hindu Makara), having an elongated and serpentine body that is longer than Naruto Uzumaki's Tailed Beast Mode, which can be used to
constrict larger opponents. According to Madara Uchiha, Hashirama Senju used this technique to restrain Kurama
in the past, which is proof that it has the same Bijuu suppressing/controlling abilities known to some Wood techniques. In fact, the dragon is capable of absorbing Bijuu chakra, weakening any Jinchuriki held by it. The usercan keep manipulating and maintaining it as long as he keeps the Snake handseal made and expends chakra, acting as an active technique that can be shaped and controlled for a wide range of purposes, attacks and defenses. This technique can be combine with the Wood Human technique to boost its power.

No, as you need contact with the ground to use wood techs that grow from the ground but while mid air you can still grow wood from your body.
