When BM Naruto only uses half of Kurama's chakra, yes, yes it can.
And if Edo Madara and Obito were controlling the Juubi (albeit it being incomplete, it was still multiple times more powerful than other biju) through mokuton, I wouldn't doubt that Edo Madara or Hashirama would be able to suppress it at the very least.

No, in a better translation Yamato said he reinforced the wood with wood element chakra (meaning he used more to strengthen it) and Kisame broke out of it.

Nope, Yamato was simply using wood element to hold Kisame down (he always uses Wood jutsus and rarely uses water or earth). Yamato even said he used wood chakra to reinforce Kisame's holdings

Mokuton supresses all chakra Not just Buuji chakra so it would still be effective, and I'm so confused about how Kurame's chakra becomes Naruto's don't all jinjuurki mol the tailed beast chakra into them? That's how you get v2 based on what Kisame said about Bee

An excellent point, however due to the fact that naruto's own chakra comprises of a combination between his own life force and Kyuubi's chakra that bled through the loose tetragram seal, it may in fact work in opposition. Merely expressing a counter point, nothing more

But last chapter a ninja (think C) said it's the nine tails chakra..no it's Naruto's. So they aren't sensing Kurama's chakra at all but Naruto's, Naruto converted Kurama's chakra into his own. This is further backed up when Orochimaru calls the chakra they are all sensing Naruto's.

In the latest chapter naruto seems to be converting kuramas chakra to his chakra
And since mokuton suppresses bijuu chakra i don't think it's gonna work on naruto

You also forgot something, Kurama's chakra isn't the same anymore. Before it was described as being full of hatred but after Naruto first gain control over it (after the tug-a-war with Kurama) Yamato said it was fullof lifeforce that reacted to his Wood jutsus. This is further seen when Naruto used his km powered jutsus to beat the white Zetsus and they turned into trees. This was shown in the lastest shippuden episode by Bee. So seeing how Naruto had this kind of affect on wood element I say he can beat it.

And this really isn't all far-fetched when you look at it, because apparently Hashirama (according to Edo Madara, the #1 shinobi by far as of now) was the ultimate shinobi, and the Five Kage's combined efforts are nothing compared to him:

Now if you read, you would have seen that the manga says "Hashirama, who obtained the Nine-Tails". This shows that the only plausible explanation for this is that Hashirama rid of Madara's control over Kurama during the fight and he himself had control over Kurama at the time that Mito sealed him.

According to the manga, BM Naruto is a half-assed ninja (sorry for bashing, but this is what is said) whereas Hashirama is the ultimate shinobi. Is that not enough for you?
