Well the rinnegan absorption techniques utilizes chakra to absorb..chakra.

But if the wood dragon leeches the chakra thats used to utilize the rinnegans chakra absorption then it cancels it out rendering the rinnegan user immobile.

It almost seems to me that Madara used Shinra tensei to get rid of the wooden dragon and to absorb (protect from) the blast. If that's true, then this>thread =D

But shinsusenju would definitely own Nagato (who basically possessed only Rinnegan powers) no matter what...so you may be correct - considering the sheer strength of Mokuton

What i meant is, how was Madara even got caught in the wood dragon? and how did he even survived that rasenshuriken
