Well it depends on what kind of level we are taking about like Shisui madara sasuke or itachi level with sharingan? or hashirama madara or yamato wood release lvl? beccause overall wood release is stronger than the sharingan

^ This pretty much. You guys are forgetting that the Mokuton is Life incarnate. Did you not consider Zetsu? He's a clone from Hasirama's DNA Madara created. Imagine if you was intelligent like Orochimaru and learned how to steal bodies as well, you could live forever. Not to mention you would have the ability to create Life from nothingness. The Sharingan can only manipulate life, it does not have the power to create it. Oh and Madara used Hashi's cells to heal himself from mortal injuries something he could not do with his EMS Sharingan.

P.s. My fav character is an Uchiha, so this is not biased.

For battle purposes: Mokuton.
For Real life purposes: Sharingan, especially if I get Kamui.

It all depends on what abilities you are granted with the Sharingan.

With Mokuton you can learn all the techniques if you are strong enough.

With sharingan you are only allowed to use a certain amount of the techniques.

I would choose Mokuton.

Hmm.. such a hard question. Mokuton is the perfect KKG and is only unique to Hashirama however combining both Uchiha and Senju DNA will grant even greater ultimate power, the Rinnegan. So maybe I'll choose both of them.
