Now given the massive boost all of madara's moves got after becoming JJ, (jukai koutan went from forrest to planetary scale, madara also went from two meteors to making it rain with much bigger meteors.)

Now my question is how many mokuton clones can rinne sharingan madara make? and can they use PS?

Probably about as many kage bush in Naruto makes. As far as them using Susanoo I couldn't say. Madly never used Susanoo onc he became a juubi Jin. It might have been the same reason Obito couldn't use Kamui. But it was never stated he couldn't soooo...

He had 5 clones when he got his second rinnegan. But one was sealed by Naruto.
I don't think Madara could have more than 5 limbo-clones, because of the 6 paths thing.
5 limbos + 1 original Madara = 6 Madaras -> 6 paths.

Oh and his JJ Mokuton-clones would be OP as fuq. That's why Madara was so heavily restricted.
I don't think that they could use perfect susanoo but normal susanoo like against the 5 kage should be possible.

Mokuton clones were stated by madara to be > shadow clones and were shown using multiple madara abilities just like naruto with his shadow clones, the thing is JJ madara has more chakra thus he would be able to make more, thus > naruto in that department.
