Shadow clones. They can use all the originals skills and even pass their experience to the jutsu user; alongside other things .

Mokuton Clones are literally the same as Shadow Clones (even uses the same hand sign) except:

-Mokuton clones are stated to have higher battle power in the databook.
-Mokuton clones can telepathically communicate with the original.
-The original can focus any amount of power into any clone he wants or keep most of his power for his original body.
-Mokuton clones need to be killed by normal means to be defeated. Shadow clones die with a single hit.
-They are made of Mokuton.
