How powerful do you estimate a Senjutsu version would be? Databook states it to be as powerful as Kurama, so a Senpou version must be pretty intense.

No one knows because the Manga never showed us that fight. All we saw was Madara use a V2 Susanoo and then next page he's laying on the floor beaten.

There's hardly a difference. It's still the same stature as it is in base and there is no evidence of it being stronger/bigger either. So you'll have to go with what you see.

The one during VOTE was already destroyed by that one bijuudama. Hashirama made another one in Sagemode and it did nothing else on panel but to release the kyuubi from the genjustu.

It's only physically able to fight a beast while SS was said to be powerful enough to battle a beast.

The Mokuryu wrapped around the Mokujin was destroyed after catching a Bijuudama in its mouth, but Mokujin itself caught a BD and used it to hit Madara's Susano'o.

No bijuudama was caught in the mouth. the bijuudama ripped through Mokuryuu's body and was getting destroyed.

It had to wrap around mokujin to stay safe after it caught the bijuudama before detonating.

And after the detonation that was directed towards Madara's stabilizing Susanoo, the mokuryu and the mokujin was destroyed completely from the radius of the blast:

The only thing that protected Hashirama himself from that blast is that Goubi no justu face that shielded him from underground.
