Everything Moe is absolutely despicable. The hunger in his deep brown eyes, as heavy puffy lids attain a deeper hue from a lack of sleep. A hunch accompanies his heavy shoulders as he always tries to make himself shorter and more appealing to the younger community. He conceals his receding hairline with simple head gear, most of the time a wool knit cap.
As for apparel, he simply wears what the "kiddos" find hip.
Personality:
Moe is an absolute delinquent. He is deterred from professional behavior by personal desire. He has an unhealthy longing for youth, always surrounding himself by the children and prepubescent, though sometimes forcing himself into the crowds of adolescents. He mostly avoids people his age.
He really doesn't like to hear a "no" oriented response. He will stoop to deplorable lows to achieve his goals in life. The only reason he became a ninja was to fulfill his own personal desires.

Background Info.
History:Moe was born to a wealthy family without any ninja heritage whatsoever. Being wealthy, he got whatever he wanted. So he went to the Ninja academy and became a ninja and stuff. But mostly, he admired the other children around him.
He always preyed on the younger and smaller ones, not to make his classes easier or to make himself look good, but because he got some sort of sadistic enjoyment out of it.
Of course, this type of behavior didn't warrant him many friends. Even after having grown up, he lived alone in a creepy old house his parents bought him. For some reason, it was soundproofed too (as in somebody could scream from inside at their loudest and nobody would hear anything.
Despite his erratic childhood, he seemingly grew into a functional member of society. But looks are deceiving.
