I voted no, they were closed for about six months, and trolls, stupid threads, and other such nonsense still existed. At least if the aim of closing it is to prevent such nonsense.

What's the point of forums, anyways? It's for people to come and to discuss about certain subjects.
It could be that there are many alts & trolls but there are also a lot of decent members who register every day.

If anything, the mods need to bring back the Hottest Threads section in all it's entirety.

I started reading and watching Naruto about a year and a half ago, but could never join the site until the regs opened this March. I'd say let them stay open; if a new member/alt joins for the sole purpose of trolling, then they will just get banned.

I disagree. It's the Trolls who make NB worthwhile by making us laugh. Otherwise, it becomes boring as there are no Theories or good threads to actually read. Moreover closing Registrations is unfair to those people who might want to register in the Future.

Leave them open. I view NB like America. Our borders are always open to new people. Some people might come in illegally or abuse the system. Those people get punished. There will always be people who do things the right way and the wrong way. So leave it open as a shining beacon of light to the masses
