Are mods the creator of this website??/ or Just supervisors. If so I would like to speak with one.

They are not. The creator is the admin known as Versuvio. Admins are more high-up than the moderators, and their usernames are red. Mod's usernames are blue. G-mods are green.

Don't forget Rei in the administrator list there

I also want to add: The differences between a G-mod(Global mod) and a standard mod is that a G-mod can moderate all sessions. Standard mods are only to moderate certain subforums.

Jup, that's true, they are able to do more things like moving topics from every part of the forum to another part, while the normal 'blue' mods can only change what's in 'their' area

Most of the times the mods that go over that area of NB, they are more for the day to day stuff, but G-Mods and (sometimes I believe) admins give bans.

Anyone of the staff members (Mods, Global Mods and Admins) can issue a ban.

If you have a problem with a ban given by a Mod, you talk to one of the global mods. If you have a problem with a ban given by a Global Mod, you talk to an Admin. If you have a problem with a ban given by an Admin then...well, nothing really much to do then try to talk to that admin.

Admins rarely ban themselves so its 99% that we are talking of either a mod or a gmod.
