What sort of nonsense is this? I tried to post a thread and got that message. Whats the big deal?

It's just to make sure you are not a bot or anything similar to the sort, usually that goes away after reaching 30 - 50 posts.

As a brand new account, your actions on the forum will be limited until you reach the appropriate post count and show that you are not a bot, or other nuisance. It won't be long until that goes away.
