Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty

Anyone would have called the scenery a simple, pleasant day, with the pink sunset and all, but if one were to follow the trail of smoke dissipating in the sky, it would lead to the presence of two, rather unbefitting individuals. Madara "Chris" Uchiha finished his joint, spitting it out from his mouth upon the ground. Stepping onto it with one foot, he rubbed it deep into the dry dirt.
"It looks like we have uninvited guests," Madara commented, folding his arms together to glare at the two Hokages standing before him.
"That's unfortunate." Obito sat cross-legged next to him, a steaming cup of coffee in his hand. "Here I thought we'd finally be able to take a breather after dealing with a bunch of fodders that desecrate the essence of the English language." He brought the cup up to his mask, magically ingesting the liquid straight through his mask. It simply proved just how epic coffee is, was, and will forever be. Oh well. At least the arrival of the Hokages meant that Madara would finally stop smoking to deal with the hardships of life and get off his arse to cause the world more misery. "I'm sure you'd like some coffee before-"
"Tobirama?" Madara seemed to be staring with some kind of unchecked wrath at the white-haired man not far from him. "TOOBIRRAMMMAAAAAAAA, YOU PIECE OF SHIT, YOU KILLED MY BRRRUDDAA!" Before Obito could react, he was running forwards at a speed over nine thousand.

Obito sighed, bringing his hand to his forehead as he shook his head in much disappointment. Oh, the joy of losing loved ones and family members. He'd never see the end of that one. Not to mention, the filthy casual had forgotten to take his coffee! What time did the fool even sleep last night? Changing the scroll he meant to give Madara into another one which he then tossed into the air above himself. It unfurled immediately, releasing a large dragon that fly into the air and directed itself at the Hokages, surpassing even Madara himself in his raging jog.
Ninjutsu: Nomimono Kohi! (Ninjutsu: Drink Coffee!)

Description: The user of this jutsu takes out a scroll within his pouch that was prepared before battle and holds it in one of his hands. By channeling his chakra into it, it will then poof and summon a coffee mug in its place that had been in Adachi's house prior. After downing the coffee, the caffeine will take quick effect upon the user due to the scientific fact that it blocks the receptors that slow down nerve cell activity. As a result, the user will have a slightly faster heartbeat and bloodflow, and thus, will be unaffected by any jutsu that has a potential factor that could put him to sleep. This coffee was pre-prepared by Adachi himself and sits amongst dozens of other mugs that contain anything from lattes to doubleshot espressos, either steaming hot or icy cold. The reserves within the refrigerator or hot vending system are restocked daily so there will never be a shortage of coffee. Ever.

Description: "Dear Lord, I can't stand it anymore!" There are so many absurdities and absolutely preposterous happenings in the Ninja World every day and all the frustration and sighing must go somewhere. Thus, as a result, the user of this jutsu slaps his forehead with one hand (probably with dominant for more effect), resulting in something like a "wake-up" call. The quick, yet effective pain will allow much of the grievances to go away as blood would rush quickly to the affected area and the user would be forced to focus upon it, forgetting all of his worries for just a slight moment. Of course, this can happen in a fraction of a second, or a long facepalm can do as well. And on a more battle-related note, most fights cause much anxiety and stress because we often struggle for our lives on a daily basis, so this would help relieve such psychological impacts and clear the user's mind in combat in order to make improved rational decisions.

Get over it, that was years ago, tsch." Tobirama replied, acting as if his murder was so innocent. Minato glanced at Tobirama, and questioned his ally with a disapproving tone, "You... you killed his brother?" Looking back at Minato, Tobirama answered, without an ounce of guilt in his voice, "Yeah, years and years ago. It's ancient history, but of course, Madara still holds a grudge. Tsch, Uchihas."

With a single hand seal, Tobirama would materializes his own dragon made of water from thin air, which would be ordered to clash with Madaras dragon. At the same the same time the dragon would be created, Minato would string together a set of five hand seals, releasing from his palms, an unfocused surge of lightning that travels through, and empowers Tobirama's water dragon. The aftermath: A thick mist that lingered around the battlefield, restricting the Uchiha's vision of the Hokages. The water/lightning dragon combination would emerge as the victor, and would continue its flight towards Madara.

The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a primary water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; ninjas with a secondary water specialty will be able to produce up to an A-Rank technique; normal water masters will produce the basic B-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

Water. It was always Water, Madara thought, his hair flowing in the wind as he dashed towards the pair of Kages. Their encounter, as random as it may be, was inevitable; he had harbored a great mistrust towards the village itself for some time now, especially ever since....shaking his head as he pushed onwards, Madara's eyes narrowed looking at the chakra approaching him. It had become almost a chore to fight Tobirama these days, always resorting to the same tried and true tactics: Water jutsu, FTG attack, Kenjutsu, FTG, Water jutsu, Kenjutsu, FTG, repeat....It was the same as they were children and Tobirama was practicing his kenjutsu against Izuna and it didn't change here, him having released a large liquid dragon towards Madara. Grimacing as he began to weave seals, his mind drifted towards a more peaceful time, when Izuna was still alive....
Years Ago......
"Here brother!" Izuna's voice floated over the trees in the valley as Madara changed directions, dashing from branch to branch as swiftly and lands quietly. He was only a kid then but he had learned espionage tactics at his father's hand. It was, afterall, customary for children to begin practicing their profession as soon as possible and what better way to train as a ninja than to be one?
"Is that where he is...." Madara activated his sharingan and peered through the bushes, alarmed that his brother had located it before he did. He had been scouting for hours and hadn't located the meeting place, when it had been under his nose all along.
"Yes brother, after you left the lake with Hashirama, I followed him back here and saw them enter through that large tree," Izuna pointed, signaling a tree easily 40 meters in diameter and stretching 3 times that into the sky. Looking at the tree, Madara shook his head slightly, scolding his brother.
"Impossible, there doesn't exist a ninjutsu capable of hiding in trees yet or Father would have known by now." Madara's eyes narrowed as he watched the tree.
"It's Hashirama, brother.....he possess some Kekkei Genkai or ability that allows him the power over nature. He manipulated the trees and entered inside it. I've never seen this before brother, what does it mean?"
Manipulation of trees? Is this some form of....mokuton? Madara's mind racing, he felt a warm liquid running down his fingers before he realized it was his blood pooling on the earth from gripping his kunai to tight around the blade, cutting his hand.
"It means that these aren't normal ninja...."
As Madara spoke, his brother's suspicions were confirmed as they felt a slight rumble along the earth as a small boy with a rather bowl style haircut walked forth, hands clapped together, smile upon his face.
"Did you see that Tobirama? He'd love it," Raising his arms above his head and walking with a fiant smile, Hashirama turned towards his brother, walking forward with a sword over his shoulder and a dire expression upon his face, looking almost as if he had a heavy weight on his shoulders.
"Brother, it is useless. Kawarama is dead and will not come back. I warned you of this in the past: Ninja should repress their feelings, create rules and abide by them. Only then will events like these be meaningless"
"It's the meaning that keeps us human, Tobirama. We are kids, not machines for slaughter....I wonder if there is truly a way that we ca-"
"Brother," Tobirama interrupted, his hand on a nearby tree, speaking urgently. ""We have company." Turning to face the Uchiha brothers, Madara breathed deeply, a smile etching it's way across his face as his incomplete Sharingan manifested itself. Stepping from behind the trees, Madara drew his sword as he prepared to clash with his rival for the first time, looking at the tree behind Hashirama as he rushed towards it for the first time and paused momentarily before taking off: The top of it resembled Kawarama's face.
Pushing the memory from his brain, Madara forms two seals and expels a massive burst of wind towards the Kages, clashing with the water dragon head on and causing it to break and send water crashing everywhere from the collision. As the water rained everywhere, Madara channeled chakra to his right leg, pushing off of it towards his right as Obito began arcing himself towards their enemies left, casting a genjutsu, before unleashing a mass amount of shuriken, via his doujutsu, trapping them in a torrent of crows that spiral around them and scratch at their skin while it causes them to float in a dream like world, as Madara grips his gunbai with his right hand and throws it forward and towards the right, allowing it to near the two Hokage's location, causing a massive spinning top of fire to form, spiraling it's way towards the pair of enemies rapidly, carving the very earth with flames as it travels.
As the gunbai nears them and the spinning crest of flames travel, Madara's face becomes stony once more as his anger at Tobirama causes his mind to become blank, focused on just the rage and anger he felt towards the Senju. When the gunbai got close, Madara yanks on the chain, pulling it back towards him as he causes the Uchiha crest to spiral inwards towards the Kages, a powerful flaming etching it's path across the field.
Izuna warned me of listening to you....had I listened, he'd still be here and you dead...For the famed tactician of Konohagakure, you lack battle wisdom and skill, Senju Tobirama. And without your brother around, you have no one to save and protect you.. do not worry, I shall send you to greet the rest of your brothers as well. I've waited on this day for a long time...
(Fūton: Shinkū Taigyoku) – Wind Release: Vacuum Great Sphere

(Katon/Futon: Hachiman ) - Fire Style/Wind Style: God of Eight Banners

Description: The user channels Katon chakra into his gunbai before swinging it at his target. As the user swings it, he releases a wave of fire from the gunbai in the shape of the Uchiha Clan's signature emblem, enlarged to around 10 meters tall and 10 meters wide. As the emblem shaped flame is released, the user launches the gunbai itself towards the enemy, channeling Futon chakra as he does this. As the gunbai travels ahead of the flame, the user pulls the chain of the gunbai, pulling it back towards him before swiftly following up with an upwards swing of the chain, causing the gunbai to flap upwards into the air in a wave, the top of the gunbai popping so to speak and releasing a burst of wind chakra as it flaps, directly timed to happen as the emblem shaped flame approach the target. As the wind is released directly as the flames pass the gunbai's position, the wind enlarges the flames and causes it to grow in size and mass. As the emblem rises in size, the emblem begans to rotate on it's point, becoming reminiscent of a spinning top. As it begins to spin, the user ( now with gunbai back in hand) is able to control the emblem's direction and movements. However, while the user is moving and controlling the emblem, he is unable to form handseals for other jutsus.
Note: Can only be used two times.
Note: Require a Gunbai with a chain attached.
Note: Requires a break of two turns between usages.
Note: Counts as two moves per turn if the wind chakra is channeled and utilized.
Note: After using, the user cannot use Fire jutsus of A rank and higher the next turn as well as wind jutsu above A rank.
Note: If the initial emblem strikes an enemy prior to the Futon chakra being added with it, they are dealing with an A ranked Katon jutsu.
Once again, Minato is faced with unfavorable odds. Two Uchiha, one his own student and another, deemed a God by history. At least he had been with Tobirama, a man renowned for many things. Maybe more famous than Minato himself. Minato was quite shocked to hear that Tobirama had killed Madara's brother, it was not something spoken about. Even as Hokage, some things in history were kept quite, the dark secrets of Konoha.
With ease, Tobirama is able to counter the Fire Dragon sent towards them, and Madara immediately counters Tobirama's Water Dragon with what seemed like a Wind based jutsu. Immediately after, Minato looks towards Tobirama, signalling him. Without even flinching, Tobirama swings his arm upwards, generating a vortex of Water around Obito that would send him flying upwards. Such grace, and no need for a Water Source, Tobirama really was something.
In the meantime, Madara had taken off to the duo's right, and launches a fiery tornado towards them with the help of his gunbai. Ingenious instrument, and powerful too. Tobirama smirks, as he expels from his mouth, a dense torrent of water towards the incoming Fire blast. This creates a huge steam that easily fills the battlefield. A plan had already been made, and Minato had given Tobirama a FTG kunai. Just in case, as Minato always planned ahead.
"Damn Uchiha, shall we seperate them?"
"Yes, I'll take on Madara.."
Right as the two techniques clash, Minato would launch a FTG kunai in a high arc into the air, so that it falls behind Madara. The kunai would be hidden in the steam, and travel at quite some speed. As it lands behind Madara, Tobirama signals Minato. Within a blink of an eye, Minato appears at his kunai, quickly grabbing it and throwing it towards Madara with ease. Tobirama walked towards Obito in the meantime, closing some distance between them.
"Madara Uchiha, you are the one who corrupted the mind of my student, destroyed all his ideals. You couldn't carry your hate for Konoha alone and had to drag an innocent Uchiha into this. I will make you pay."
Minato takes his stance behind Madara, who could still be oblivious, but Minato didn't count on it. Tobirama on the other hand, looked towards the direction of Obito. He had to deal with him.
"Obito Uchiha, you are all the same. Your accursed clan must be erased from this world, and I will be the one to do it."

Description: A complex Space Time Ninjutsu technique, the Flying Thunder God Technique works almost as a summoning technique. The user basically teleports himself to the location of a given seal mark. This seal mark is place by the ( Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu ) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique and can be placed in anything. Normally used in special kunais, thrown by the user, the technique can also be used to teleport to any thing marked with the tag. Can't do it anymore.Obito brought his hand over his forehead, shielding himself and his coffee mug from the massive amount of water drops that had emanated from Tobirama's destroyed water dragon. Oh, Madara was displeased. Very displeased. Even more displeased as usual, if that could even be possible since Madara "Chris" Uchiha hated everyone anyways. Including Obito himself. It was quite the...tragic predicament. D: It couldn't be helped though, Madara was an old fodder. He'd seen and experienced too much.
The Uchiha cast a quick gaze upon the ground, feeling something was...out of the ordinary. Noting the nature of the flow, water chakra was streaming towards him in an alarmingly fast speed, gathering beneath to cause some monstrosity to explode in mere moments. Well, shiz-nuggets. This wasn't good at all. All Obito wanted was to have some dam coffee after a day of too much work and once again, it just had to be ruined by the appearance of his sensei and Tobitrauma, who seemed to enjoy bickering with Madara, making the two the perfect, old couple. Sighing, he tightened his grip on the mug as he charged chakra into his feet, jumping into the air as he molded earth chakra within his stomach, spitting it out in the form of a earth slab about five meters in width. Now, this earth slab falls straight onto the ground...

Bill Nye: Let's say an object is placed directly over the stream of diarrhea erupting from the ground. Now, if this object would obviously fly into the air in a straight direction, upwards and then directly downwards because of the force of the diarrhea. But in this weird case of angry, emotional shinobis looking to scratch one another's eyes out, the object, being the earth slab, fell directly on the side of the given circumference that the stream of diarrhea was going to erupt. But, of course, it was placed just inwardly enough so that when that happens, the slab does not flip backwards due to the force, but just flies to something akin to a 45 degree manner backwards and away from...
Tobitrauma, the white-haired, stern Second Hokage who seemed to be rather fixated on Obito at the moment. The Uchiha landed cross legged onto the earth slab, not a single microliter of coffee having been spilled from the mug. "Obito Uchiha, you are all the same," he heard Tobitrauma state impassively as he hitched a ride on the earth slab in the air. "Your accursed clan must be erased from this world, and I will be the one to do it." All the same? Hot dayum, Obito was quite sure his hair didn't look anything close to Madara's, which only made it seem like the man had popped out of living in some mountain for too many months. Like exactly what kind of gravity-defying shampoo did the guy use? Never mind the Second Hokage's permanent pink-eye symptoms, but the dude needed glasses. Or contacts. To correct that severe astigmatism...agh, never mind. Tobitrauma was just getting old. Flying back on the slab, Obito enjoyed another sip of his coffee...

Meanwhile, we report back to the eyes of Madara "Chris" Uchiha. The chakraless steam wasn't enough for Godara to be blind to the kunai being thrown towards him as the steam would be near his left, the exact side he was running towards. Following the trajectory of the kunai with narrowed eyes, he noted familiar symbols that were etched upon the weapon. This...this was the jutsu that keeeeeled his bruddah! No doubt, the user would likely teleport to it as soon as it touched ground. A smirked cross his face as he dashed forward into a roll that allowed him to pass the thrown kunai into short range behind it. Immediately after completing the action, Madara assumed a standing position once more, twisting his body to face Minato, who had appeared exactly where the Uchiha had predicted. Channeling fire chakra into the lower half of his body, Madara released it directly from the soles of his feet, pushing off his one leg to close the distance between them and the other in a kick that that sent a concentrated stream of fire at Minato. Landing upon the ground directly next to Minato, he leaned towards his left in order to bring up his dominant leg, which targeted the jaw directly underneath the Fourth Hokage's chin.
"Well, well," Madara commented. "It looks like fodder Tobirama had some weaklings left behind. The world doesn't need two flashy and pathetic shinobis."

Description: The user will stand next to his opponent and extend his dominate leg up at the targets chin. He will kick the target right under the chin targeting the jaw. The force of hitting the target there will cause vibrations to go throughout his head. (try biting your teeth together really fast, you'll feel a little vibration, now imagine with a kick) When done correctly, the vibration would cause the user to suffer vibrational damage through the skull. This could lead to disorientation, causing the target to stagger a bit, leaving him slightly dizzy and stumbling backwards for a few moments.

Teleporting into Short-Range, Minato made sure to lower his head and avoid Madara's gaze. From his new location, he quickly detected Madara, who was now approaching him with tremendously fast speeds. Still, that was not all. From his other leg, Minato noticed flames. Flames that would extend outwards in an attempt to hit him, while Madara continued towards Minato. With a tiny gap between the flames and Minato, He knew that attacking head on would be detrimental. Instead, Minato dashed in a burst of raw speed to his right, effectively avoiding the flames and the kick, while creating a larger 7 meter gap between the two Shinobi's. He must have used those eyes to figure out my tricks. And that speed... He probably excels at Close Combat rather than long-range fighting. Minato wondered, as he performed a single hand seal. To test his theory, he would materialize an orb of water to his right, and from it, numerous whips of sharp whips would emerge in an attempt to impale Madara from all sides. "Pathetic Shinobi? It seems as if you think of yourself as a God, Madara Uchiha. That arrogance will be your downfall!"

Description:
A simple yet effective Ninjutsu technique, Minato will dash in a burst of raw speed and jump, run or dodge an incoming attack. This is done by taking advantage of his enhanced reactions and his fast intellect when perceiving an attack and combining it with a burst of pure movement speed. Off course this can only be used on a battle ground that enables it and never mid air. It has some limitations though as Minato himself doesn't have a high movement speed but its still enough to mimic what can be described as an "instant" movement. Because of this, if the user wants to dodge or evade attacks from faster bios such as Raikage bios or EIG users, he needs the use of his space time techniques. The technique also has some limits in the movement it can produce, which are overall linear, lacking the ability to produce intricate and complicated movement patterns. Doujutsu users (at least 2T for Sharingan), Sensors or EIG users/masters as well as users with high reaction/reflexes or senses will still be able to track the user although, in some cases, become unable to react.
Note: This version can only be used by Minato and Tobirama bios once every 2 turns, a maximum of 3 times.

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates an orb of water from which several sharp whips of water emerge. Those whips can then be directed towards one or multiple targets, impaling them on impact.
Meanwhile, Tobirama vs Obito. Closing the gap, only slightly between the two remaining shinobi's, Tobirama looks at Obito with disgust (Not Obito's eyes, of course, chin and under.) "So, it seems you've become Madara's lap dog, whoever you are. You Uchihas are the same, filthy, arrogant casuals." Tobirama insulted, as he crouched to the ground and slammed his hands on the ground, summoning a mass of water to appear, ten meters above Obitard. Of course, this was only to gauge the enemies abilities. Obito was a member of the Uchiha clan, however, his power was unkonwn to Tobirama. Going all out against an enemy with abilities you're unsure of would be equivalent to suicide, or at least that's what Tobirama thought. He carefully waited for the masked man to defend from the threat while occasionally gazing at his comrade who was currently in battle with Modara.

Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.

Upon dashing forward, Madara sees the blond haired man arriving and suddenly dashing towards his right, Madara's left. So he plans on escaping.... Knowing that his opponent was likely to attempt to close the space between us, Madara swiftly looks over his shoulder towards Obito, attempting to keep an eye on the two of their whereabouts. Seeing Tobirama walk towards him, Madara's mind began racing as he turns back towards the moving ninja. ....Tobirama chose to fight Obito and not I..could it be fear that holds him back? Or does he think he will kill Obito and then him and this other unsightly ninja will team together against me? Having everyone's location on the field in play, Madara knows that the most effective strategies in large scale battles are attacks that target the enemy, and the more at once, the better. They were attempting to divide and conquer the Uchihas, and Madara was able to see through their poor illusions of grandeur, almost laughing aloud at the top of these ninja. His will was superior, his power dominant. Did it matter that Tobirama was the brother of his old friend? It hadn't mattered that Izuna was his brother when Tobirama slayed him. No...nothing mattered in this moment.
Ninja...It'd be best for you to give up now. You're getting in the way. Our game ends here. I turned hell into heaven. You should understand… It's already over.
Speaking to Minato, Madara casts a genjutsu on him as he dashed to the side (during the flicker evasion), using his previously stablished view of Tobirama's location to cast it on him as well, effectively blinding the two as a sudden dowpour of rain manifests itself to them, lightning raging around them as the heaven's themselves opend up and allowed a massive amount of rain to fall, drenching the Kages. With the genjutsu cast, Madara, while still within short range of Minato, punches forward, releasing a mass amount of flames towards Minato, aiming to burn the man greatly from the impact.
Meanwhile, as this occurs, Obito likewise begins walking towards Tobirama, his anger and face hidden behind the mask he wore, giving off a sense of mystery about the man. It was somewhat ironic, the masked man was known for being mysterious and confusing, his plans ever changing, yet here, just from the look of his eye that shone through the mask, his resolve could be seen perfectly clear: Only one of the two of them was to walk away from this fight and he had no intention of meeting Rin right now....he'd see her, but only when the Moon's Eye Plan was finished, only then would it be ready for him to bring her back where she belonged...and sent his Sensei Minato in her place. Scoffing, Obito's eye lowered as he seen a shadow forming above him, causing him to raise his head slightly to take sight of it, seeing a wave of water falling downwards on him. As it falls, Obito forms a lone seal and several earthen spikes begin to erupt over the field: 2 large and wide pillars grow behind Obito, growing at such an angle that they pass over his head, providing him a defense against the falling water as two likewise grow on each side of Tobirama, aiming to pierce through his right ankle and exit the inside of his right leg. That same spike grows even more, aiming to now pierce through his left calf muscle, binding him in place while the second spike that grows aims to pierce through his left ripcage, causing great damage should it connect. As these spikes grow, Madara would have cast his genjutsu, causing Tobirama to never even see the instruments of his death.
Nidaime Hokage...You've seen reality, you should be able to understand… No wish can become true in this world...your brother and Madara's history clearly shows that.

Opponent feels caught in a heavy down pour while inside the cloud.Opponent thinks they're so wet they become afraid to use lightning jutsu. Opponent can attempt to defend themselves in the genjutu but with much diffculty. Only use of 2 jutsu per turn due to disorientation. Jutsu lasts 3 turns.

Minato listens to Madara go on, his arrogance had no limits. This was nothing for Minato though, he wouldn't be fazed by Madara's words. He had to take down this man, and he had to do it quick. After dashing to his right, Madara's left, Minato suddenly notices his world change to one of a great storm of rain. Lightning roared, and flashed. What was this? So suddenly? Minato felt himself being quite wet, and pondered what was going on. Using his keen intellect, Minato noticed it happened way to suddenly, and it had to be the work of the famed Madara Uchiha. A man known by all Uchiha, one of their greatest. Of course he would excel in Genjutsu too, even without eye contact. Noticing this, Minato acted.
At the same time, Tobirama would get up after using his Water based jutsu, he too would get affected. Knowing the tactics of the Uchiha, and with the sudden appearance of thunderclouds and lightning, he too knew it was a Genjutsu. Minato then, without wasting any time, uses his FTG kunai to cut himself onto his arm, avoiding any tendons or muscles, especially with his knowledge of Graceful Fist, which gifted him the knowledge of the human body. The cut was deep enough to break the Genjutsu, but not hinder him completely throughout the fight. It would still hurt though. (S Rank Genjutsu: EIG/Sage level Taijutsu, Breaking Bones, Deep Stabs or cuts, Medium Voltage/Burning, Extreme Painful Cold, Bitting your tongue off) Minato then teleports to Tobirama in a blink of an eye.
As Minato lands, he notices Earth spikes emerge all around where he and Tobirama were situated, so Minato slams his hands onto the ground, sending Lightning based chakra into the ground. This destroys the Earth all around.
"They were more dangerous than we thought.."
Minato says to Tobirama, as he charges his hand with Lightning based chakra and causes a medium shock to Tobirama, which breaks him out of the Genjutsu.
"Hmph.. I refuse to lose to Uchiha scum!"

Description: A complex Space Time Ninjutsu technique, the Flying Thunder God Technique works almost as a summoning technique. The user basically teleports himself to the location of a given seal mark. This seal mark is place by the ( Fūin Hirashin no Jutsu ) - Seal of The Flying Thunder God technique and can be placed in anything. Normally used in special kunais, thrown by the user, the technique can also be used to teleport to any thing marked with the tag. Description: This jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electricity from their body. It can be used as an omnidirectional attack or be channeled through weapons, the ground or other conductive mediums. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it has great numbing and paralyzing effects. To channel Nagashi through a medium, the user needs to focus the technique into one of his hands which will then be put in contact with the medium and can only choose to either do a widespread attack throughout his whole body or to channel it into something; he cannot achieve both usages at the same time. Despite not having much destructive or damaging properties, Nagashi can be used to destroy low rank earthen and wooden structures and even negate chakra on the ground to stop high ranked earth and wood techniques. It has also been noted that Lightning Specialists that have mastered Lightning to the highest degree can resist total paralyzation, although they still feel the pain and numbing effects.
Note: Paralyzation lasts 1 turn if sucessful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty
