Nagato wins this

--He can use his forest busting ST at them casually to attack them effectively
--BT+Ningendo can be used at over 3 of the gokage to end them, and he can also use chakra rods to immobilise them
--CQC is suicide for the gokage due to nagato having ningendo/shurado and chakra rods
--asura missiles along with multiple summons including summons such as chameleon which cant be detected, and act as diversions, alongside bird, and cerebrus which can help nagato in mobility and can act as great diversions
--the gokage also have no counter for GM soul dragon, nor do they have any counters for CST at point blank range,,,
--nagato can also finish them with CT once Onoki is down
