(Mizu Bunshin)-Water Style:Water Clone
Type:Supplementary

Chakra cost:15
Damage Points:N/A
Descripton: Creates a clone of the user made of water.
make 4 clones, 3 of them circle u and use,
(Suiton:Mizu KamiKiri)-Water Style:Water God Slicer

? Descripton: Highly compressed water jets that can cut throw rocks and trees and can be used with out a water source.
And while ur trying to avoid those 3 jets of water, the other one use

since it's a lightning bolt, u can't avoid it, only block it with an other jutsu.

sorry pal but ur first move doesn't work! read back to my custom move, the water cylinder: high speed rotating wate. ur lightning tornado is based on rotation, it will only amplified the rotation speed and electrify even more the tornado!

Honestly, Eyes of Power did win, because since the cylinder is rotating, the lightning would follow through with the rotation therefore making it even more powerful.
However, this wasn't a really fair fight seeing as how Mizu can use S-rank jutsu, but was limite to B-ranks. So don't get on your high horse Eyes of Power, because Mizutoki at full strength I'm sure would have no problem defeating you without any limits

Admit it, u had not notice that it was rotating water. Since u didn't notice, it cost u the match. You can't go back on everything.
I've said it earlier, ur stronger than me, u can use A and S-rank jutsu that would totally destroy me, but on that fight I got u.
