During the time known as the bloody mist with yagura or 4th Mizukage, What if somehow idk how btw tobi got his hands on shisui's eye and used it to control the mizukage, correct me if i am wrong idk how old shisui is and when the bloody mist happened in relation to the uchiha clan massacre.
