Chojuro is a fodder who got beat up by kids who got beat up by Sarada and Boruto and about Tsuchikage, im sure she used some sort of earth style technique to punch Kinshiki

Sasuke has sharingan and rinnegan (and apparently choku tomoe which grants swift movement according to Madara). His potential to have great dodging ability would be naturally greater than that of a regular non KKG shinobi like Choujurou.
