We all want generally the same thing, but there are different philosophies about the best way to get there.
Even if they are a result of the different opinions in America; Republics will forever be conservatives and Democratics liberals; This makes no-sense because how can you try to conserve values that are constantly changing?

This is what Obama proposed. He wants to extend tax cuts for people making under 250k/yr for a year and let tax cuts expire for people like myself on Jan.1. While they debate it out.
He actually says like myself. In a nutshell he wants to raise taxes for the rich not by much and keep tax cuts for the not so.
Romney Campaign is just full of lies. He's calling Obama economic plan a "massive tax increase" which is bs. All he is doing is reverting it to how it was before. Obamas plan is the same way how they got out of the depression in the 1st place.
Say someone makes 2million dollars a year there making about 25,000 a week. The plan only reduces the profits to about 2,000-3,000 a week. I mean really? Massive tax increase :sy:
He's also saying higher taxes on small business owners lose jobs which is also bs. There is no proof of that at all.
Mitt Rommney is just looking out for his own money and other rich folk. He has like 3 foreign bank accounts and refuses to show his tax claims. I wonder why.

I agree, but they shouldn't be taxed more either. We want them to buy that jet, since the people who worked to make the jet need to get paid...so they can pay the shool that teaches their children, the taxi they took from the bar where they spent all that cash, the blonde they tipped real big that night, the hotel they slept in so they wouldn't go home to the wife drunk, down to the breakfast they had later that next morning, the hotdog they bought at lunch, then the dinner they took their wife too for not coming home last night, the brunette their wife got mad at because they tipped her too much...

Agreed, it should be the same for everyone I think. There are a lot of loopholes though that the super rich can jump through, and it's perfectly legal to do so.

What I say is that tax should be lifted greatly, so instead of businesses having to lay off employees, the government should be laying off people...starting with congress.
