Based on what we've seen so far Mitsuki have:

The single horn proves that Mitsuki have Tenseigan chakra mode.

The plus marking proves that Mitsuki has Sasuke's sage mode.

Stetching arms proves he has Jugo's power.

You must be registered for see images

Stretching without ST proves he has White snakes power that's why he can make chakra white snakes and Oro needed Jugo's cells.

5.

You must be registered for see images

Chakra arms proves that he has Peseudo RSM cuz he has Otsutsuki blood, the same as Naruto.

6.

Half Byakugan the same as her cuz he is Orochimaru + Toneri.

If you want to be technical tcm is a form of rikudou sm but there's no point in adding a different sage mode on top of that.

Mitsuki is OP. He has the potential to be way better than Sarada & Boruto. The only way they'll keep up is if Kishi nerfs Mitsuki.
