Well, Mitsuki has blue/White hair, while Genrumaru had Green/White hair, Zetsu's eyes don't even have pupils, and the femal Orochimaru's eyes were much wider than Mitsuki's. This is pretty much just grasping at straws, and imaginary ones at that.
