So i was checking out Narutopedia and it says Mitsuki is Orochimaru's son when the hell did that happen and where is the evidence

Its left ambigious, it just said oro is his parent, not his other or father, just parent
I think he mixed his essence with Gen'yūmaru (his most powerful spirit) to form a child

For once, I agree with you. He has the majorit of Orochimaru's traits, but he has Gen'yumaru's hair.

How can you not figure this out long ago? We all had already concluded this through the eyes and his stretching ability if you never knew that he was related to Orochimaru. That Gen guy Orochimaru took over one time could relate to this though. The resemblance is uncanny.
