I feel like Mitsuki is too close to Bolt. He's following him around everywhere he goes so I think something is up. Maybe he's working with the Onion and the hooded guy?

He could be hiding his power.

If so, he'll probably try to attack Naruto or Bolt when he's alone with one of them.

So far he is Boruto's boy the whole ****ing way.
He was there ready to be a wingman ON THE SPOT! He knew it was his responsibility to take ChouChou.

It's Orochimaru. Notice how he talks all classy like an old man, and talks down on people like when he made fun of Chouchou's weight. He also seems to be trying to lead Sarada out of the village from how he distracted Chouchou away.

He also dresses similar to how Orochimaru (Tomoe robes) did as a child (yinyang robes).

The only similarity I see to Orochimaru is his eye, but that eye shape could be shared by others too....
We'll find out eventually, he looks more like Toneri to me though....though Toneri was on the moon...
