Mitsuki vs Academy Naruto ?

Hi , we don't know all of Mitsuki's abilities , I mean by feats that he's shown in anime and manga by now .
And I mean Episode 1 Naruto right after he learned Shadow clone jutsu . What do you think ? Can Mitsuki handle 1000 shadow clones (and perhaps Kyubi cloak)
What about Academy Sasuke ? and what about part 1 Neji (chunin exams) ?
