Mitsuki is Boruto's and Sarada's teammate.

Where could he be from?
Who could be his parents?

He apparently can extend his limbs, similar to the guy from Kabuto's squad, that battled Kankuro in the chunin exams.

Could Mitsuki be Toneri's kid?
Naruto and Hinata told Toneri near the end of the movie, that he was welcome on earth.

Someone else his kid?
Who could be the parents?

Mitsuki means full moon, so that could to the chances of him being Toneri's son
and he looks like him.
