Oh of course but i'm just saying it IS a pattern.
I'd say Kishi introducing a character with a sneaky alien design akin to that of the Ootsutsuki/Orochimaru is more likely to be suspicious than heavily interested in history. And anyway, it's an odd thing to say in real life.
"Oh so you're the Demon Hawk, correct? Senior Member, Jounin joined 2014? Thought so. I could recognise you from the way you write."
You...just don't talk to people like that. With Naruto's son- it's passable but three times is a lil much for me to overlook it. He is totally sizing up his fellow classmate's abilities/clans rather than as friends. Just my interpretation though.
First thing is, generally, you don't need to be heavily interested in history for having knowledge about the famous people who existed or are in existence. For example, people from other countries who also have no interest in politics are aware of the names of several American presidents including the current one. It's like prevalent knowledge. A common encounter or conversation involving Boruto might already tell inform Mitsuki that Naruto is his dad, and he might know Minato the 4th Hokage was Naruto's dad. It's not something out of the blues.
Actually, regarding the example you gave, Mitsuki didn't say it in an interrogative way. So, I personally don't see any point of suspicion in regards to this. Something along the lines of "You're quite exceptional as expected from the 7th Hokage's son and 4th Hokage's grandson". He was just praising Boruto with relation to his Hokage ancestors.
And I don't get the "sizing up his fellow classmates" part.
