Had a read at the Naruto Exhibition article, and more information related to Mitsuki, in which his name means "Full Moon" and that he has a distinguish for his white hair, with this in the article to boot.

hes so obviously toneris child its not even funny. he looks like him his name apparently means full moon and at the end of the movie hinata tells toner that he's welcome on earth. what if toneri went and had a child? or what if he had a child up on the moon and didn't want him to live there so he sent him to live on earth. idk but i wouldn't be surprised if he was his kid
