Part3 is Hyuga spot-line i'm sure Boruto and Mitsuki will fight their destiny of Otsutuki/Hyuga malicious cult to have Branch/Main continuously family rivalry to protect Kaguya seals, moon and Byakugan secret.

Misuki is look like Toneri the branch family. Naruto hasn't proven anything to change Hyuga when he hokage because the world is too peace.
