Background Info.
History: was born in konaha but was an abandoned child. he never laid eyes on his parents. He was taken care of by members of the uchia clan but decided to abandon that life because he was not comfortable being around people holding the occular power he desired most known as the sharingan. he had taken care of himself since his first day at the ninja academy and was never liked by many people because he was always quiet and spiteful of others. He is still welcomed by the uchia but fears having friends will make him weak. he spends most of his time at a lake to think and train. once during a fit of rage he felt emensce power and had some broken a rock into millions of tiny stones except for one fragment that was still in tact that had a cracked out blackish blue center that to him resembled the element of lightning. He never cared enough to find his parents. he didnt want them nor did he need them.
His number one goal in life is to be the strongest lightning style user that ever lived and to be the head of the hidden leafs anbu. Since his birth every morning has been spent thinking about all the people that have hated him. This would always motivate him for the following day of training. He vowes to prove to everyone his latent power and to cause everyone to fear him. And he is not the kind of guy to go back on his word.
