Do you guys thinks its possible that how Madara knew the one time the seal weakens, could had been learned when Mito had a child?

I mean Mito was the first Jinchuuriki of Kyuubi and they did state she had a child at one time.

Thereby Obito having madara's knowledge could know one time it weakens and knew Minato had a teleport seal on Kushina.

How else could Madara know such a critical moment.
