You see Madara was wrong, he thought Naruto had the same power as mito, which was feeling the evil in chakra, like karin could feel sasuke getting darker, but if she was there when samehada had kisame inside, she would be clueless, Naruto could clearly see kisames dark presence. sorry for not explaining properly before. what do u think?

Mito's and naruto's negative sensing abilities are the same because of their CONTROL OVER KURAMA, KURAMA GRANTS THEM THEIR ABILTIES. Karin is just a normal sensor, she wouldnt have been able to sense kisame because she can only sense chakra signatures. Mito and naruto would sense kisame's negative emotions.

First of let´s just call him Tobi for now, I say Madara a few times too but anyway, Karin was sensing Sasuke's chakra changing,getting colder the more his hatred consumed him. Mito and Naruto doesn´t sense the chakra, but the negative feelings, malice etc. I don´t see what makes you see it the other way though.I can´t say how Mito got the sensing ability however. Well that´s the general opinion though.

ok, how is it different from karin sensing sasukes chakra, i get that she could only tell if the chakra was warm or cold? meaning good or evil? dont you think mito could tell intent from feeling out chakra?

Naruto actually spotted kisame with his eyes within the sword and pointed him out, mito having that kind of power seems a bit too much.
