Hq of Kumo was main building of Kumo. Main building is the one that's portrayed in the page. Also Kumo is not entire nation, it's city size. Also, it was destroyed by Juubi's Tailed Beast Bomb. Ordinary Bijuu bomb was already powerful enough to destroy mountains and this is on whole another level...
