Mistake 321 Naruto Shippuuden !

Have any of u noticed that in one momen of the episode Madara was shown with Rinnegan before he awakened Sussano and then in the next moment he was with mangekyo sharinagan and then he awakened the rinnegan when Naruto throwed the Rasen Shuriken ?
