[Abilities] She has above average human level intelligent, [base 10 speed] level, having [200 health/ 1000 chakra], with access to the [five basic elements] as well as [Flower Adv. Ninjutsu], [Scorch Release], [Blast Release], [Lava Release (All-Variations)], [Basic Ninjutsu], [Taijutsu], [Kenjutsu], and [Genjutsu]. Uniquely, she has an ability to 'Sense chakra' which would be considered a [Chakra Sensing Technique] as her passive ability without chakra cost. Her other specialties include [Increased Tracking Specialist], [Increased Combat Specialist], [Apex Speed Specialist] and [Flower Botanist]: She becomes able to convert any plant-life substance into 'Flower pedals' by forcing a an extreme transformation mutation upon touch, passively after a one turn!

Personality] She is a focused individual who believes in her job. She is relentless and a determined and will not weaver in combat, she is willing to do anything and everything to win a fight. Struggling is something she violently hates and is shrewd at a fault. Nothing has ever escaped her and has lived with that pride, for she is a shinobi through and through. Tiba hates losing therefore has horned her skills to the best, she can be. Even when she knows the truth, she'll seek to accomplish her missions regardless with flawless victories. Simply put, she Loves to win. At times she is known to love the pain inflicted upon her and is sort of addict to that. Enjoys being controlled by her slave master, and wishes to be with them for the rest of her slave life.

[History] Not much is known of her, she is however known in the underground. She used to be a slave of the underground, however now she rans free with the gang that bought her, she aims to free all the slaves and seeks to rule the underground while still being her boss's pet. She is the second leader of the KouZone gang that hates the 'S-crime' gang. The feud between these two gangs have always went back to back, coincidently when the KouZone gang had acquired her and were sure to succeed in the turf-wars. The 'S-crime' gang suddenly they too acquired a shinobi of a similar caliber, however still the KouZone gang reigns over the 'S-crime' gang. This has always been the nature, even with things were neck to neck, now the future is rapidly changing with how recently 'S-crime' has operated. She aims to return 'S-crime' back into their own place.

These are the Jutsu/ tools crafted by the individuals in their life's work. Uniquely special in many ways and quite personal, for the limits of what they can create is solely set by their own minds. [Flower Adv. Ninjutsu] is a similar version of [Sand Ninjutsu]/[Wood Release] mix (has weakness of Lightening, Wind release and strength against Water, Earth Release), therefore by reconstructing/ translating a canon Sand jutsu into flower pedals jutsu or using pollen effects from wood release as subcategory, one can further understand the applications of her jutsu ( for further questions, ask @Rucken ).

Description: The User release a surge of Flower-ninjutsu chakra around any part of their body to summon and contorl an enormous volume of flower pedals or by releasing flower pedals from their own body, and also at will they can manipulate existing Flowers also. Creating all sorts of razor sharp flower pedal heads that slice the everything they are close at. At will, the user can release these flowers in a stream of sorts from their hands (even from body-movements) for offensive/Supplementary/defensive purposes, even in enormous amounts. This can be combined with other jutsu like Flower Arts/ any-related flower ninjutsu jutsu to give them +1 rank in damage up to S rank within the same timeframe.
Note: While Jutsu is sustained (for up to 3 turns), Users can only utilize Flower jutsu chakra or related Flower art style Ninjutsu only, 2 turn cool down.

Description: Wielded by Igarasi Tiba, the fan blade utilizes various exploding tags, contained within a substantial self replenishing scroll, in order to incorporate explosions into the user's own Flower ninjutsu, earning it the title of "Flower-bloom". The fan sword itself features two distinct sides, with a narrow cutting edge located down the entirety of one length and a wide flat fan platform section on the other. The aforementioned scroll unrolls along this latter side, sliding downwards and resting atop its surface to form an individual segment comprised from numerous exploding tags, which separates from the remainder upon detonation (compared to a toilet paper scroll where you rip a segment of to use). Only once the desired opponent comes into contact with the platform, do the exploding tags (which can passively attach along side other flower pedal ninjutsu) which finally ignite and then detach, providing a small opportunity for the user to escape the devastating blast radius, while simultaneously compensating for any resultant recoil. The sword is seemingly able to reload another segment of tags onto the platform, automatically after each strike. The blasts are strong enough to blow at least three people away in front of the user. The sword itself is very resilient to damage to the point of being nearly indestructible.
Note: The power of the explosion is A-Rank and counts as a move.
Note: The user doesn't, apparently, suffer any damage or is otherwise affected by the explosions.

Description: This is an advanced form of Kinjutsu and a Cursed Seal, one that was imprinted into all slaves of the Underground bought by ToR Faction, led by by Onzō Kiyaura. To ensure no information, escapee, and/or disobedience could ever transpire without an overseer in the Underground. When the wearer of this Cursed Seal dares to speak about anything incriminating related to Underground, or their current master and while so any further additional orders; their entire body will be paralysed, taking away their ability to speak or move. This act will further inform the master (mentally) of the Cursed Seal's activation in repose to the bearer, giving them locational means to find them. In the place it is applied, it takes the shape of '+' shape with a kanji for 'slave' under it. The seal's effect can also be applied during combat against their opponents, as it can be secretly placed on the opponent's body upon momentary physical contact. When the user activates it, the curse seal's marks spread around the opponent's body, inducing a mental strain which is quite painful as it ultimately paralyses them. However, they can break free from the seal with a strong enough release of chakra (F-rank). After the slave dies, the seals disappears from their body. Can only be created by the underground, through Kinjutsu methods.
Note: Unsealable, attempt results in host's death.

[NPC] Threat Class: Forbidden class "The War Mob"

The sheer magnitude of numbers make Taijutsu quite ineffective against the mob's sheer amount of numbers: if opponent utilizes Taijutsu, they'll spend x3 the chakra amount (proportional to Taijutsu rank, even if no chakra cost) to effectively counter this jutsu. Other means of quickly dispatching his mob is through using a jutsu of equal rank to the mob along with a Long range reach. The enemies in numbers as the 'war crowd' make it impossible to cast genjutsu among the amasses. The user will use this once every other turn (Passive). Can be split up, until there's only one C-rank amount left.

The moment she would begin to create some sort of chakra surge around her palms. Ikiru wouldn’t tolerate it, as he quickly fully activated his EMS! Her being an enemy he had to at all cost defeat, along with her simply having the situational advantage, all evidence warranted her a full assault to retaliation against her. Hid eyes slowed ‘time’ itself, as her reactions seemed very slow to him. Not an inch escaped his sight, the breathing, her muscle twitching, even her chakra formulation was all revealed.

He greatly understood her elemental formulation. Sadly, it was too far-complex to be mimicked, nonetheless. This match of wills was very much over, the sidelines who wanted to idly enjoy watching the scene could easily see a greater draft in power had started to occur.

Now launching her rubber hardened attack at him, which to Ikiru had appeared that the incoming attack to took its time, sighing as he simply summoned a bare minimum version of Susanoo. This intrinsic ability seemed less inhibitory this time however, in complete confusion. Ikiru was bewildered as his Susanoo’s arm swiped the incoming projectile towards him, then quickly reaching to holder her in place.

Meanwhile, the swiped attack had triggered an explosion in the location relative where no explosion should've occurred. Ikiru didn't miss the indication of the sudden details, Ikiru then knew of the possible traps and the reason why she hadn't commanded her allies to join her in combat, she was simply not try to have them in harms way. This narrowed Ikiru's eyes and soured his expression, he knew that if he had brought allies, surely such events would had occurred. The anger within him rose bits by bits.

Regards to the reason for his sudden shock, it was simply due to the pain of Susanoo not relatively appearing at all, this was why he had become quite confused, even peaking into this chakra network to see if he was in a genjutsu. Looking at this ribcage that surrounded him as an arm joint moved to his target, all the while no losing sight of his enemy. Something had changed in Ikiru, his reach to his Susanoo's power had greatly deepened. The power of within to call upon a much stronger force within his eyes had started to appear. Ikiru understood, he had the eyes but was yet to master his them, but now nothing was withholding him to test how much he could go. “It finally feels like I can BREAHE.”

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill
Note: C rank usage is for 1T Sharingan, B rank usage is reserved for 2T Sharingan. A Rank usage is reserved for 3T Sharingan.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.

( Doujutsu: Eien no Mangekyou Sharingan ) - Eye Technique: Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye (Passive)

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.
Note: Using MS techniques don't reduce the activation time.
Note: Controlling a Bijuu is an exclusive ability of Madara Uchiha and can only be done once per battle. Once the control ends, the EMS reverts back to a 3T Sharingan. If the control is done on a complete form Jinchuriki, then the user can't do any other technique while controlling the enemy.

Description: Uchiha who have achieved Susano'o and have their Mangekyou activated are capable of calling upon Susano'o's skeletal structure, such as a ribcage for basic defence or an arm for interacting with the surroundings. This allows him to attack with quick force or to defend just as well, requiring no hand seals to trigger. The user can do this once every two turns and 4 times in total. If the user has an EMS or higher, the damage and/or defense increases by 20 damage.
Note: Mangekyou or higher must be active to utilize.
Note: Does not count as a full usage of Susano'o. However, if Susano'o has been used and cannot be used again, this cannot be as well.

Suddenly she would poof out of existence, like if she was summoned. Ikiru in bafflement would then turn to the crowd the surrounded him. Seeing that their leader had been recalled, some would attempt to flee the scene but Ikiru had no mercy as he quickly dispatched those that dared to move. Living those that surrendered to him and prostrated in response to his power. Having not defeated the KouZone gang's inner faction leaders. This was simply a situation that acted as a diversion, which annoyed and had Ikiru hurried to pass word to his minor allies.
