I have to fight a member who is at least Kage rank or higher.

I'm not allowed to use Custom Jutsus.
I will be using my Sasuke Uchiha.

Location:Grassy plain surrounded by a forest.
Rules:Rei's R+R,No CE but besides that anything goes.

As I active my sharingan I throw five shurikens directly at you.

As you throw the shuriken, I quickly run towards you and jump directly over the shuriken, while above you, I use:

Shooting a fireball directly down towards you while I'm directly over you. I'd keep going while in the air (I'd go over you and then continue) so when you do block this, you no longer see me where the fire was coming from (since it came from the air and I'm now on the ground behind you). I then turn around throw several kunai towards you.

Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead it only paralyzes. The lightning can be channelled through metal objects, as well as spread out into the air or ground.

I channel the electricity trough the wires which charge the shurikens.So when the shurikens hit you from behind you get paralyzed as well.(the shurikens are relatively close so I don't think you will be able to react in time.)

Because of the paralyze you are unable to do anything while falling to the ground.As you are falling I quickly put the wires in my mouth and use:

As I notice you pulling the shuriken back (since you wouldn't be able to do this without me noticing do to you having to pull them back and up), I, instead of using the fire, use:

moves in tremendous speed and cannot be controlled. If the user gets caught in it, it will harm him also.

I push it towards YOU, because you are in front of me and on the ground, I'd be propelled backwards to where I first was but even higher into the air, therefore dodging your lightning imbued shuriken. Since you would still be pulling back the shuriken, you wouldn't have a chance to dodge this, and blocking would be a close call. While I'm EXTREMELY high in the air, I use:

As I stated in the first post "I keep a close eye on you"It's save to assuming that I keep track of you even after you jump.So as you notice me pulling on the wires you start to perform the hand seal's for your jutsu and I read your wind seal so that leaves me to believe that you will follow up with a wind attack to push your self out of harms way.So instead of continuing with the wires I let go of the wires and use:

As you sink into the ground, I use the sharingan to track your chakra while you are under. This allows me to keep up with your movements and watch your chakra until you resurface. When we notice that you guys went into the forest, I immediately use:

Description: The user first stomps on the ground, making an underground tunnel form between themselves and the opponent. They then breathe out fire into the tunnel, causing the fire to turn into lava as it travels. With a single hand seal, the lava will erupt from the ground underneath the opponent, engulfing them in lava.

Since you were making clones, I'd have enough time to do this before the one making the clone who was going to do the spikes makes his way to a whole other part of the forest. This explodes under the section of the forest you're at around the time that you make your clones. At the same time, my other clone performs:

Description: This jutsu splits the earth apart to make a fissure. The size of the fissure is proportioned to the amount of chakra of the user.

Making a fissure under you guys where the exploding flame crater happens, so that it erupts from out of the fissure. This stops any clones who may have been able to scatter quickly enough from moving. My final clone watches you all as you fall into the fissure.
