Minato as a sensei (said to have defeated 1,000 shinobi in one mission during Third Ninja War), Shikamaru (comes up with a strategy then uses his shadow possession to hold the Kage still while Minato teleports in and uses Rasengan/slits their throat), Shino (used as a distraction to hold off one of the body guards while Minato and Shikamaru assassinate the Kage, also he can use his bugs to "jam" the enemy sensor), and Karin (her special healing powers and sensory powers are great for use in battle)
