Because sometimes the mods from NarutoBase don't save someone else's work right and upload stolen files by others' work as soon as possible and then credit themselves.
They don't accept advertisement from other manga websites yet they steal their work and upload them on this shitty website just so they can get per-click-money and money from ads.
