Misinformation about the Uzumaki

People are thinking that Mito was brought to Konoha for the 9-tails... that is FALSE. She was already Shodaime's wife (unless proven wrong). It is because she was strong that , she sealed the 9-tails into herself, which meant that the first hokage could now fight Madara without worrying about the Kyuubi.

no true proof that mito was at vote at all, we base that off 1 statement by kushina, when madara made no mention of mito, just hashis dragon. But aside from that what you say is true. Mito was not brought to konoha for 9 tails jin. She was likely married to hashi, to strengthen the family ties between the senju and the uzumaki. This is likely as it was a time period of turmoil, and has happened all throughout history. It is possible that hashi and mito met and fell in love, but not as likely as they were married and then fell in love.


Wrong title for thread though. It should be misinformation about Mito uzumaki.
