Misconstrued Feelings

I'm a new member, though not new to the site or the manga/anime by far. Every time I've come on the site someone is always complaining about how bad the previous chapter is and how next week better be good (In short).

Does anyone else feel like those posters are misconstruing their disappointments with what is actually suspense and not know it?
