In a sense he is because he has their chakra, but he used preta path (his owm technique ) to siphon out a porton of the beasts chakra He is not a bijou,and his susanoo was only harboring chakra. Had he absorbed more than a portion he would have the chakra stil. So this cant be coined 9bijuu Sasuke vs BSM Naruto

"Naruto is only using BSM"

Another annoying claim. Not only does Naruto have the rikudou cloak and the tsbs, but by the end of the battle, he achieves Ashura's Cloak. This misconception based ln the assumption Naruto's avatars had to have upgraded by the Kaguya fight. Apparently it did not

"Sasuke/Naruto is beimg nerfed"

They are characters that an author controls. They are not entities, and all the math on earth cannot prove anything. The characters are in an upward progression. Sasuke is an unstoppably force. Naruto is an immovable object, and for this to happen they must be equal in energy(power). They will never overcome one another completely, and the end result of them will be to pass through (stalemate) one another. There is no nerf. Look at indra and ashura if you're too in your feelings to apply this to your fave

He uses a portion of the chakra. Naruto's attack also used a huge load of nature chakra. Yiyr statement does not apply to any sections of this thread and is a mere unbacked opinion

Even Kurama runs out of Chakra so thats no excuse before Minato and Naruto bumped fist Kurama was out of chakra for a while.

No, Kurama's chakra pool runs low, Kurama can make infinite amounts of chakra.
Kurama only bumped fists before to speed up the process.
