misconceptions about Hokage power levels

I strongly believe that now finally all the misconceptions about the Power of the Hokages will be cleared. Now that the Hokages are back we will finally know which Hokage was more more powerful than the other.

What I think is :

Hashirama > Minato > Hiruzen > Tobirama

Maybe i am wrong but that if its a misconception its going to be cleared anyways.

But Tobirama has to be above Hiruzen, he has S/T techniques and can create bodies of water from nothing!
