Misconception: The Uchiha Tablet was a HUGE part of the ritual!

I'm thinking he read the writing written on the tablet. But they say that only Uchiha's can read that. Maybe Sasuke was helping him by dictating Or the RDS mask can also allow the writing to be understood and gave Oro some powers.

I don't think it's importance has been shown yet. Although you provided some vague evidence, it doesn't explain how or why exactly they needed to be directly in front of the tablet for the ritual to work. Oro can't read the tablet, but he obviously knows a lot about it, so I don't think he is completely done with this ritual of his. I believe there would be more focus on the tablet once it's real importance comes into play, not just one vague frame showing the tablet.

First of all, If the tablet had at least some relevance to the ritual in any way, Orochimaru would have told them (Sasuke, Jugo, Suigetsu) about it... He has no reason to hide it. And plus, It didn't say "The Tablet hidden in the Uchiha hidout is involved during the ritual." on the scroll, did it? No...

Although it a logical point, it is still an assumption, it has yet to be shown/proven by Kishi.

Side question that has been bothering me ever since my first read:

It is a ritual that reverses the RDS, and it requires a sacrifice, that is all.

This makes sense. While we are fairly certain the tablet was used based off evidence, Kishi could be thinking of something completely different. I'm still going to say there is a 90% your opinion is wrong, but you are right that nothing is 100% and you could be right.

Oro never cut the Shinigami's stomach. The Shinigami cut its own stomach and Oro's stomach split open automatically. That was the sacrifice.
