Misconception: Tayuya's flute genjutsu solos NV

This is fairly obvious so I'll keep this short. Lately people have been saying "flute genjutsu gg" when that's not true - Tayuya's genjutsu itself is not that powerful.

It may seem inconsistent that Part I Shikamaru could break this genjutsu - but Edo Itachi and EMS Sasuke, both genjutsu experts, needed each other's help to break out of it.

The reason behind this is because Kabuto's Sage Mode powered up this genjutsu to make it a lot stronger. Fukusaku explained it to Naruto.

So if Tayuya had used the genjutsu, or if Kabuto had used that genjutsu while not in Sage Mode, it would not have affected Itachi or Sasuke much.

It's also true with the rest of Kabuto's arsenal - White Rage, Muki Tensei, Sound 5 abilities, even liquification and Uzumaki healing, etc. are all way more powerful in Sage Mode than when he's in base.

Look at the scan. Genjutsu gets a serious power-up in SM. So we already know that in base it's not as strong as in SM. The final straw is that Part I Shikamaru could break out of it while two genjutsu experts couldn't. It makes the most sense.

Kabuto showed better feats for those techniques than most of the owners .
