In this scan Papa Toad, implies that Naruto can lift a stone with his own chakra, but he ultimately fails, because he can't control his chakra on a cellular level. In other words his chakra isn't that precise.

But when he mixes Sage chakra into his own chakra it works.

However Lee is a special case, his training strengthens his stamina, making him stronger.

It is simular to Sakura's very own byakugou seal, the body seems to have chakra reserves, to limit the amount of Chakra that flows through the body, because to much chakra ends up in ultimate destruction (of the body). Lee would use his Spirutal Energy (willpower) to force those reserves open granting him a massive surge of power temporarily, Strengthing ever cell in his body, granting him strength. The more he opens the more his power is increase. Sakura stored the chakra in a special seal, so her body doesn't have this effect, and she ends to only use the seal for regeneration. Actually logically if Sakura or Tsunade was to unlock one of the gates, they would be able to used the power to regenerate, due to the surge of power.And it shoudl be farely easily seeing as how they can control there chakra on a cellular level.

When Tsunade used the creation rebirth using the yin seal, (not byakugou- as byakugou does operates on it's own) She was able to actively direct her chakra to the wounded area, where she got stabed and Im sure her chakra points were severed.

should be able to actively undo the damage to the chakra network on there own, without the need of a byakugou seal. And the Byakugou sealed, when released just forces it open.

Yes this exactly. Sakura doesn't have the super strength it is just from the enhanced chakra control and most of it is used as comedic relief. Naruto still has better chakra control than her and punches harder for example when punching Toneri.
