How about No. Madara's perfect Susanoo is the largest perfect Susanoo in the manga, although chances are they are not drawn to scale, and they are all supposed to be the same size.

The brute force of a PS slash is not to be underestimated, the shockwave alone cut through a meteor a several mountain tops.

Sasuke's PS shockwave made it possible for him to cut down large scaled meteors that according to the drawings made the Shinju seem like a sapling.
